width: 728px; height: 90px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9333894214183084\" data-ad-slot=\"9098078053\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\/\/ <![CDATA[\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\/\/ ]]><\/script>St Lucia Citizenship by Investment<\/h2>\n<p>St Lucia Citizenship by Investment program requires that an application for citizenship by investment be submitted either in electronic, typed or printed form by an <strong>Authorized Agent<\/strong> on behalf of the applicant.<\/p>\n<p>The Citizenship by Investment Unit may\u00a0require additional documents to establish whether an applicant satisfies the mandatory qualification criteria, including information pertinent to financial resources and qualifying dependants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The applicant\u00a0must be accompanied with<\/strong>\u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a sworn affidavit to declare financial resources of at least\u00a0US$3,000,000.00<\/li>\n<li>all relevant supporting documents\u00a0in support of \u00a0the declared financial resources and source of funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The applicant must\u00a0submit with the application, and for any qualifying dependant who is 16 years of age or older, a police certificate, from his or her country of birth and from any other country in which he or she has resided for a period of 1 year or more during the \u00a010 \u00a0years \u00a0immediately \u00a0prior \u00a0to \u00a0submission \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0application.<\/p>\n<p>A qualifying dependant who is 16 years of age or older must\u00a0undergo a mandatory due diligence background check before any decision is made in relation to his or her application.<\/p>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\" async=\"\"><\/script><br \/>\n <!-- 250 x 250 --><br \/>\n <ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 300px; height: 250px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9333894214183084\" data-ad-slot=\"6648982452\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\/\/ <![CDATA[\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\nIn the event original documents or copies of original documents that have been issued by a third country are presented-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the case of countries that are parties to the Convention, the translated documents with the original or\u00a0 certified copy of the original document must be authenticated by an Apostille,\u00a0 in accordance with the provisions of the Convention.<\/li>\n<li>In \u00a0the \u00a0case \u00a0of \u00a0countries \u00a0that \u00a0are \u00a0not \u00a0parties \u00a0to \u00a0the\u00a0Convention, \u00a0the \u00a0Board \u00a0may \u00a0accept \u00a0the \u00a0seal \u00a0or \u00a0stamp\u00a0and the signature of the issuing authority on the original document or a copy of the original document authenticated by the appropriate government agency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An applicant for St. Lucia&#8217;s citizenship by investment must satisfy all conditions specified under section 30 of the Act.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- cruise footer --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\nstyle=\"display:inline-block;width:728px;height:90px\"\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9333894214183084\"\ndata-ad-slot=\"9098078053\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nEvery successful applicant must\u00a0attend in person, such office in Saint Lucia or before any Saint Lucian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate, to take the oath or affirmation of allegiance in whatever form as may be approved by the Minister in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia.<\/p>\n<p>Apply early as the Citizenship By Investment Program board can only\u00a0grant up to a maximum of 500 applications for citizenship by investment, annually.\u00a0However, the Minister \u00a0can review\u00a0 the number of applications for citizenship by investment which may be granted annually to accommodate you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>St Lucia Citizenship by Investment St Lucia Citizenship by Investment program requires that an application for citizenship by investment be submitted either in electronic, typed or printed form by an Authorized Agent on behalf of the applicant.
