The government through\u00a0Invest Saint Lucia already has designated projects which can be considered as potential real estate projects for the purposes of the Citizenship by Investment Real Estate Programme. Non-refundable administration fees (applicable for an approved real estate or enterprise project investment)<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"210\">Applicant<\/td>\n<td width=\"210\">US$ 50,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"210\">Each qualifying dependant (18 years of age and over)<\/td>\n<td width=\"210\">US$ 35,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"210\">Each \u00a0qualifying \u00a0dependant \u00a0(under \u00a018 years of age)<\/td>\n<td width=\"210\">US$ 25,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The Real Estate investment in an approved real estate project that has been made as a qualifying investment under the Citizenship by Investment Programme cannot be sold or transferred for a period of at least five years after the granting of citizenship.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>St Lucia Citizenship by Investment\u00a0through an Enterprise Project<\/strong><\/h3>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"416\">On approval of an application by means of an investment in an approved enterprise project, the following minimum investment is required:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"208\"><strong>Option 1 <\/strong>: Applicant<\/td>\n<td width=\"208\">US$ 3,500,000 (plus no less than 3 permanent jobs)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"208\"><strong>Option 2 :<\/strong>a. More than 1 applicant \u00a0in a joint investment<\/td>\n<td width=\"208\">US$ 6,000,000 (plus no less than 6 permanent jobs)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"208\">b. each applicant to contribute a minimum of<\/td>\n<td width=\"208\">US$1,000,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"208\">Each\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0additional\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0qualifying dependant, of any age<\/td>\n<td width=\"208\">Applicable processing and administration fees<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The government through\u00a0Invest Saint Lucia already has designated projects which can be considered as potential real estate projects for the purposes of the Citizenship by Investment Enterprise\u00a0Programme.
